Royal TenCate, the technological materials concern located in Almelo, is a giant of Dutch industry. When hearing the name ‘TenCate’, many people may think of products such as underwear or all-purpose wipes. But in the past 10 years, under CEO Loek de Vries, the company has undergone a real metamorphosis. It is now a hightech enterprise that operates on an international scale and delivers its products all over the world. The motivation behind the enterprise, “Protecting People”, was a given. The corresponding corporate story was written by Pieter, in cooperation with Kees de Vos of BrandStory.
